In November
'06, The Rage saw the launch
of its annual The Rage Amateur Band Competition.
The aim of the competition was to provide bands of all forms and
styles the opportunity to showcase their talents before a live audience
of their peers, to have their unique style heard, and of course...to
be in with a chance to win some of the most amazing prizes,
totalling over $4000 value!
The 3 finalists were given the opportunity to perform as support
bands alongside THE PRESIDENTS BUSH
during the Rock the Rage Live Gig held
on Saturday the 11th of November.

Also just a HUGE thankyou
to all the bands for their amazing energy and participation
on the day! And of course to our incredible sponsors for all
their generous support and assistance! I'd also like to thank
Renee from SeaFM for all of her time as emcee and judge! And
don't forget all the people behind the scenes here at the
Youth Centre that made it possible. |
